Our doctor and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver excellent and comprehensive periodontal and implant services. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment options.
Single Visit / First Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, debit and credit card payment.
Multiple Visit Payment Options
- Option 1: Pay as You Go
Payment for your procedure is due at time of service - Option 2: CareCredit™
For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, outside financing is available for patients who qualify. It is interest free for the promotional period, which can be up to 18 months. For patients who would prefer more time to pay with lower monthly payments, extended payment plans up to 60 months are available. Additional information is available at www.carecredit.com
Dental Insurance
We will prepare the necessary forms and other pertinent documentation required for you to maximize your insurance claim reimbursements. We can submit these electronically on your behalf to simplify and hasten the process. We ask that you collect your reimbursement from your insurance company, while we remain focused on providing the best dental treatments possible. We do not accept direct payment from the insurance companies.
